How Vroom Valet works — the full customer journey

Booking a car wash should take less time than the wash itself. Here is how the whole thing works.

Step 1 — Find a wash near you

Open the app and you will see car washes near your location on a map. Each listing shows the operator's name, services offered, prices, available slots today, and any reviews from other customers.

Filter by service type if you need a specific kind of wash — a bay at a petrol station, a dedicated cleaning area inside a building, or a crew that comes to where the car is parked.

Step 2 — Book your slot

Tap the wash you want, pick your service, and choose a time. If you have used the app before, your car and default wash are pre-selected. Most returning customers are done in under a minute.

Confirm, and you're booked. The operator's queue updates instantly.

Step 3 — Track it in real time

When you drop the car off and staff check it in, your app shows the wash moving through stages:

• Received — the car is with the team
• Washing — in the bay
• Drying — finishing up
• Ready for collection — you get a push notification

You don't need to wait near the bay. Go do something else. Your phone will tell you when it's done.

Step 4 — Collect and pay

Come back when you're ready. Pay in cash at the till, swipe on the operator's card machine, or — if the operator has enabled it — you will have already paid online when you booked.

The app records the wash as complete and adds a stamp to your loyalty card.

Every completed wash earns one stamp. Five stamps means a free wash reward — redeemable at any wash you use on Vroom Valet. The counter lives in the app. No paper card to carry, no stamp to forget.

What you don't need

You don't need a card to sign up. You don't need to pay anything upfront unless your operator requires it. You don't need to call ahead or show up and hope there's space.
